Welcome to VATLino. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of VAT services, info products, and goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms. Effective Date: 2025.

1. Scope

VATLino provides VAT calculation, filing, advisory services, educational materials, and physical items related to VAT compliance. All offerings are subject to these Terms.

2. Service Categories

2.1 VAT Services

VAT Services include registration, filing, advisory, and compliance assistance. We strive to deliver accurate and timely assistance.

2.2 Info Products

Info Products comprise digital guides, courses, and templates. Access is provided via download or web portal.

2.3 Goods

Goods refer to physical materials, such as printed guides and stationery items.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are due upon order. We accept the payment options listed at checkout. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at purchase. No fees are waived unless stated in writing.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 VAT Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled filing date, you will receive a full refund via your original payment option within 10 business days. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future service date. Transfers to a later date are available without extra charge when requested at least 3 days before the original date.

Custom advisory packages, once commenced, are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation and cannot be cancelled after deliverables have been issued.

4.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of download or access. To qualify, you must not have completed more than 10% of any course material. Approved refunds are processed through your original payment channel within 14 business days. Access credentials will be revoked upon approval.

4.3 Goods

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our team and ship items back at your cost. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund for the item price via the original payment channel within 14 business days. Shipping fees are not refunded.

5. Limitation of Liability

VATLino’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for indirect or special cases beyond the direct scope of these offerings.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
